- The teeth should be washed two times in a day, particularly before going to bed at night. Meat particles should be detached carefully with toothpicks. Chewing a raw apple or guava after lunch eliminates most of the trapped particles.
- Drink Water. Drinking enough water will assist wash down constantly the remains in your tongue and a big help to cure your bad breath. This is especially critical every time you take in food. So if you are out in the street taking a snack, make certain to drink lots of water. This way, even if you cannot brush your teeth at the instant, you can still maintain a good oral hygiene.
